It is 25' x 16' , a friend and I built it. I had gotten a quote to do a 12'x12' and the cheapest was $1800. I built this one at little more than twice as large for the same amount of money and a lot of sweat.

I know of people who would pay for a bottle of that sweat.

We had the worst Halloween weather in my entire remembered life. Temp was around 37-39 degrees, constant rain, then just to add a nice finishing touch, we had the wind pick up and some snow mix for the last 30 minutes or so of trick or treating.
Kids did OK. Mom and dad were wishing we'd never left home.
Earlier that day, we took out 10th-12th graders to the beautiful Temple Theatre in Saginaw for some touring group's presentation of a bunch of plays that kids read in school. I enjoyed it, as I had to do virtually nothing for the field trip except go!
