"It's Martian Manhunter," J'onn J'onnz corrected. "I think you only served to make him mad, Batman."

"If they get mad, they get sloppy, make mistakes," Batman pointed out.

Batman sent another jolt of electricity up the wire and through the Hulk's body. "He can't keep this up forever," Batman said. "Eventually, he will fall."

"I certainly hope you are correct, Batman," the Martian Manhunter said, being the one going toe to toe with the jade giant.

Superman meanwhile sent another bolt of enery at the Sub-Mariner. Namor grunted in pain and fell to the floor at last. "Whew!" Superman admitted, "I've fought a lot of opponents in my day, and I have to say, very few ever gave me this much trouble!"

I really am close to abandoning this one here.

Hellcat lunges claws first at Wonder Woman. She defliects the motion with ease. "Sorry Hellcat," she smiles, "I've got an enemy who works a lot like you do."

"Geez, first Batman's got a foe like me, then you. Can't a girl feel original anymore? Maybe I should use...".

Hulk tries to hit the Martian Manhunter but he uses telepathy to calm him, "There Hulk, relax. The anger you feel...let it slip away." And it does, leaving the Hulk at ease, if only temporarily.

"This does not bode well," Stephen Strange says.

Wonder Woman turned her lasso on Hellcat. "Time to take you out of this fight as gently as possible," the Amazon said.

"Don't feel like you have to take it easy on me, you know," she said. As Aquaman also made a lunge at her, she used an aikido move to grab his arm and pull him into Wonder Woman's way, and Aquaman took an elbow in the jaw as Wonder Woman tried to adjust. "Sorry, Arthur," she apologized. Aquaman just scowled.

"I sense that you are troubled, not evil," the Martian Manhunter said, further trying to calm the Hulk.

"Do not listen to him, green one!" Moondragon commanded, and used her own mental powers to interfere with J'onn's telepathy. The psychic feedback enraged the Hulk.

"Everyone try to fool Hulk! Well Hulk won't listen! Hulk will just smash!"

"Then I'm sorry I have to do this," the Manhunter said and brought his full strength to bear on the Hulk. Though it was mighty enough to crush a boulder to bits, his blow seemed to have little effect on the Hulk.

"These last few just don't seem to want to fall," the Flash complained, delivering another whack to Dr. Strange at super speed.

"They will," Batman said. "They're weakening. Trust me."
