The Thor from Ultimates is the best. This list is incomplete without it.

The "best" Thors are the Supernova REVs, but I personally like LE Don Blake the best, as you can push him off his activation click to use Support. The PC Thor and V Supernova versions are good also, but too expensive; Ultimates Thor is still a great piece, but drops quickly after the loss of Impervious.

I usually only use the Supernova Rookie + Thunderbolts (Ultimates). He's cheaper than the Ultimates version and has more offensive capabilities. You can also use the extra points for support figures (Enhancement, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents/Snipers).

Ultimates Thor, hands down for the man who's a hippie.

Mighty Thor is clearly the best Thor, he kicks all kinds of butt and has one of the sweetest sculpts of all time. However my favorites are Dr. Donald Blake and the ultimate version. Blake has such a wide variety of powers that you can always do something with him.

Even without the 'Asgardian' keyword on any one of the REV's (can't quite fathom that decision), Supernova Thor is a great, fun depiction of the character. My heart lies with Beta Ray Bill, though, so every time I run the Exp SN Thor, I put the BRB CM sculpt on him. Love that horse-headed dude!

I might be a little biased, but I'm going REV Thor, cause I pulled the V out of a lone booster, and he's never really let me down.

actually that's funny you said that because that's one of my favorite things about that thor and that's why he's my favorite. So we're playing 800 points unresctrited at my venue one weekend. And i was playing donald blake, and my kc supes (the original from unleashed not crisis) and a bunch of other pieces and my opponent was playing a boxed up thanos from hell, and a boatload of support pieces. Well i got in trouble when my kc supes got into thanos(sn) range and he blasted my supes for 5 clicks past his sweet spot. And since he was the centerpiece of my team i hyspersoniced back to donald and rolled a critical hit and healed my supes back to his second click i think it was. Well after that i unleashed supes back into battle and he smacked everyone to death and here comes donald blasting away also. Well I never killed thanos but it was pretty hilarious when my opponent only needed to roll a 4 to take my thor off his last click and kill him, and sure enough he rolls a 3 and i won. I have used donald several times and he is one of my favorite pieces, but I would love to see several new and different thors, and especially some new sculpts.

I wouldn't go so far as to say he was the only good one but Ult Thor is the best by far.

R SN Thor is best IMO. cheap and playable.

I'm not sure if everyone's talking restricted play or not, but I've used the V SN Thor w/shellhead t-bolted to Defenders, carrying the IC Ant-Man to GR-EEEAAAATT effect.

But that's because I used to play like jerk....

this post is so on the money, ultimates was and still is one of the best team abilities and damage per clix available.

I have them all and when I need a tank those are the ones I choose!
