I think we're going to need a mod to step in. Whatever TVK or Tanis rules, I'll abide by it.
Either way, if Torch does hit, remember that Howard is on Space Terrain and will suffer knockback accordingly. That will avoid further slowdown when I get a chance to make my countermove (won't happen til late tonight at the earliest, as I'm out all day).
Incorrect. Her first attack missed. GA missed the 17 defense Howard was sporting. PC rolls shouldn't have been made, both because they were unnecessary and because they were in contravention of my instructions.
you are correct Howard and Saturn both perplexed the Defense to a 17. so howards attack missed, and the PC rolls were not necessary Johnny attacked and hit with the fourth roll (the second and third where void) and he hit.
the entire "my PC instructions were ignored" arguement is void since the attacked fail and no one would pc a miss on an opponents turn. but Johnny attack roll was a hit. if Johnny used the second attack roll which would have been his if Arelius noticed that the Duck had a 17 D,... he still would have hit.

But what if the 2nd attack roll were still a miss? Would we be allowing that to be transferred to Johnny or would we be demanding a reroll?
Either way would imply there was some merit to considering the PCed roll as valid.
Since rolls cannot be transferred, a reroll would have applied there. So whether the 2nd attack roll hit or missed is besides the point; the PCed rolls were handled in error; therefore we treat the subsequent actions as erroneous.
Since Johnny's attack had nothing to do with the PC rolls that weren't supposed to be rolled, I don't see a reason to reroll Johnny's attack. True, we can't transfer rolls, but we're not transferring rolls here. Johnny rolled his own attack. Attacks are rerolled only if they're illegal or preceding illegal actions that affect the said attack. In this case, the illegal PC rolls did not affect Johnny's roll at all since Sable missed anyways. So I rule that Johnny's attack stands.

3. Aquaman attacks Thing. 12 on 18 for 6. 1+4 = 5. Harbinger PCs that to 5+2 = 7, hitting. 1 SA to Aquaman; 1 AST to Batman, Harbinger, Saturn Girl. Heavy object is destroyed.

4. Howard the Duck takes a CP token to up his movement to 5. That, plus the +2 from space terrain allows him to move to M16.

Johnny will running shot to G14 and fire some flame at Howard 9av+roll(6,6)=Fried Duck anyone. Overkill.
Black panther will outwit Green Arrow's RCE.
Thing is feeling down on his luck but will press on with willpower and try to clobber Aquaman 8av+roll (5,3)=16 hits for 4
