Seeing the Hawkworld map, I immediately thought of the old Coming of Galactus rooftop map. This map should be hopefully easier to get, and better since there's (some) hindering.
But the airport map... wow! That is a stealth team's new favorite!
Weird picks though for such a lantern heavy map. You'd think that they'd have done some kind of new space map or something.
It's a shame we didn't get Hawk-soldier generics in this set to go with the Hawkworld map!
And the Airport map should have an orange square to represent a TAS checkpoint strip-search! It should make any character carrying an object drop it, and maybe do 1 poison damage to represent the TAS x-ray search!
So Hawkworld can work like a Telephone Booth for non flyers if you have activation clicks, but it's even better cause you can do it more than once a turn? Sweet! Who's a non flyer that you want to click down to click 3 or more? Hulk?
So wait, what's up with the UFOs on Hawkworld? They have ladders next to them and appear to be elevated terrain, which makes total sense, but I do not see any color change between their boundary lines and the open space boundary lines. Sure, red and orange look similar, but not so similar that I should be unable to tell the difference. Are they really considered open space and not elevated?
Forgive my ignorance, as this is the first set release I've followed on here and will be participating in brick purchase in, how does one obtain these maps?

Upon closer examination, they look like they have elevated (red) borders to me.

I was thinking...... If you put an object on the "moving Walk-way", then you place a character with stealth in the "moving walk-way". Does the object moves with the character, aka "moving" stealth character and object together.
If this is the case, watch out for mademoiselle mare! or any character with stealth-range!
I hope this is the case. I can't wait for the official ruling on this map.
I'm thinking an object won't move, because the rules specify a character occupying the square. It actually doesn't matter though, because the squares adjacent to the walkway are already hindering.
These two levels of elevated terrain on the Hawkworld map bring up some questions:
If a character is on elevated terrain level 2 on square J2 can they shoot over the edge of elevated terrain level 1 square K2 to draw line of fire and hit a character on grounded (?) terrain in square L2?
Could the character on square J2 draw line of fire to hit a character on square J5?
Also, how does this effect SR Superman (#50)'s SP:
"LEAP TALL BUILDINGS: Superman can use leap climb. When he uses leap climb, if he starts his movement on elevated terrain and ends on grounded terrain, he can then make a close combat attack as a free action."
If he starts on elevated terrain level 2 and moves to elevated terrain level 1, is the level 1 terrain then considered grounded terrain for the purposes of this SP? Or is it always considered elevated terrain, regardless?

You do have a point. I didn't even notice that. That even better.
It looks to me like there is more than one level of elevated terrain.

I think what you are seeing there is the border of the Starting area (Purple) and the border of the elevated terrain (Red) in the starting area.
I do not see two levels of elevated terrain, nor do I believe WK would introduce something like this without an accompanying rules primer/announcement.

Attend any tournament, and they should have maps for you. I'm fairly sure to have extras.
