Damage SP:
SUMMON THE ORANGE LANTERN CORPS: Once during your turn, you may give Larfleeze a free action and place an Orange Construct object on the map within 6 squares and line of fire.
Wait did they change the "power action if there are two or more"?
Check the entire power description (The power action stipulation is in the next sentence).
My apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere...
Can Sargon use his SP to swap a held object toke (light or heavy) with an orange construct on the board? I realize that an orange construct object "cannot be picked up", but technically that is not what is happening here. The lifting of the object has already occurred, Sargon is merely transposing the positions of two objects.
Basically, should the Orange Constructs have read "cannot be carried by a character", instead of simply "cannot be picked up"?
Sure, that's fine.
And the character would be forced to use the object in combat (like a normal object), but it would deal no extra damage since it is neither light nor heavy (just like using TK to attack with a Construct).

As normalview has mentioned, the power action stipulation is still there. It's just missing from the Units section. The Player's Guide has the correct text.

If Sargon's power specified "Light or heavy" as you say here, then he couldn't, but that's not what Sargon's power says. His power says he can swap non-immobile objects. The orange constructs are not light, heavy or immobile. Since they aren't immobile, Sargon's power can affect them.

So, they can't be picked up, but they can be carried if you can manage it. Wow, these little loopholes interactions create never cease to fascinate me.

I too find it fascinating! Leave it to a bunch of plastic crack addicts to use their high state to come up with seemingly "never to occur" scenarios which inevitably makes us try to make it occur!
Q: How are the Constructs movement affect by terrain and characters when moving?
A: Constructs must stop their movement upon entering hindering terrain, but they do not halve their movement starting in hindering terrain because they do not have a speed value to halve, they simply move the number of squares Larfleeze is moved.
I think the bolded portion (whether or not the Orange Construct objects must stop moving when they become adjacent to an opposing character) is still up for debate. While normalview has said they do not as indicated, Harpua believes that they do need to stop moving.

I just noticed that this morning, and I updated accordingly. I also added the full PG text and added the other questions asked earlier.

The thing with Harpua's answer is we know we're going to have to revise the PG again (since just saying they have the speed symbol doesn't give quite enough movement information), but we don't know exactly what it will say yet.
If the final change reads like Arcade's, then yes, the constructs will definitely have to roll break away, stop moving when adjacent, etc.
Or it might say something completely different.
Since we don't know what it will say for sure (I ain't psychic), we'd have to go with what is there for the moment... and for the moment there is no indication what so ever that these Constructs (which are objects) care about characters when moving.

And please note that the power text in the Units section has been cut short for some reason. This goes for both the trait and the damage power by the way.

I made sure to copy the Trait text from the PG when I first posted, but I added the other text later and didn't proof it. It's all good now =]
What happens where there are dueling Larfleezes and one of them gets their damage power outwitted? I'm guessing that just the ones that particular Larfleeze made would go away, but he could still control the other ones with his Trait. If so, remember to keep track of which Constructs were generated by which Larfleeze whenever an outwitter is on the board...

Why would they need to roll a break away? They weren't given an action and break away is only required when a character is given an action.

But if that's the reasoning, then why would you say they need to stop in hindering terrain? Hindering terrain only speaks of characters needing to stop, not objects. Your argument that the Orange Construct objects move as objects so they don't need to stop when they move adjacent to an opposing character should apply the same way when they move into hindering terrain. Right now it seems you're applying it one way in one situation and another way in a different situation.

Remember that the Outwitting the Summon the Orange Lantern Corps power question is still pending. (Although if Outwitting that power does makes them go away, your thought process seems correct.)
Here is a question that has not been answered yet and I thought that it would do better in this thread ( thanks to Chirocker).
When paring Larfleeze with Sargon the Sorcerer, and sargon uses his illusionary swap power....
ILLUSIONARY SWAP: Sargon the Sorcerer can use Smoke Cloud. When he does, he may exchange any two non-immobile objects in the game with each other, as long as one of the objects occupies or is being carried by a characters who occupies the same square as one of the hindering terrain markers he placed. If a chosen object was carried, the replaced object is carried.
If he switches an orange construct with a carried object (OC can not be picked up, there is nothing saying that they can't be carried), is the OC considered to be in the same square as the character now carrying it? This is important when it comes down to Larfleezes trait.

I really want to know why people say Still Pending as though there is not correct answer right now?
They may change it yes, but there is a correct ruling right now.
