SEISMIC SHOCK: Rictor can use Quake. He can use it normally or he may instead use it to target each opposing character along a direct line of fire within his range.

PHOENIX EFFECT: When Colossus hits a character with a close combat attack and that character isn't knocked back, after actions resolve, deal 1 penetrating damage to that character and each other character along that direct line of fire.
Do Rictor's and Colossus' powers need to be errated?
Using "direct line of fire" instead of "direct path" implies that the line can be blocked. In both cases, the line would be blocked by the character closest to them.

I'm looking for threads for where those questions are asked and/or answered, but my search fu is weak sometimes. Can you give me a link?
I'm ignoring the compel question because compel is always a Charlie Foxtrot.
I'd clarify in the revert section what the limitations are. She can revert to specific character, or AE to them, if the character is named in the power. She cannot AE/Revert to "a character of the same name." Hope is not Mighty.

The fact that she is allowed to 'revert' at all is the most ridiculous ruling ever. The only way around it is to 'errata' the power into something that only allows her to copy standard powers though and I hate errata more than I hate ridiculous rulings.
I swear to Bob on a stack of Tribbles, I will find a way to play this in the most ridiculous and obnoxious way possible. My sideline is going to line the table!
Looks like I'm gonna need some extra Outback Hulks, too.
May all your hits be crits!
On the whole, human beings want to be good — but not too good, and not quite all the time. - George Orwell

errata because it seems silly and would be over kill.
If that's the case they need to errata alot of "silly" things
