1) Moondragon uses Running Shot to fly to L14 and target Superwoman with Penetrating/Psychic Blast. 11 on 18...5+3 for an 8. Superwoman uses her TA to re-roll...6+6 for a 12. The Outsider gets a token. Superwoman takes 5 penetrating for the KO. Moondragon gets 1 SA and 1 KO, and Nico gets 1 AST.
2) Nico moves to F13.
Inhumanity) Medusa perplexes her attack up by 1.
3) Medusa attacks Power Ring. 10 on 17...5+3 for an 8.
Reroll? Looks like Power Ring and Owlman can see Medusa.

Prepare the Way: Give The Outsider a power action and place him and a friendly character in each other's squares. Unless that friendly character shares a keyword with The Outsider, it couldn't have been given any actions this turn and also can't be give any actions this turn.

You did Prepare the Way correctly. Ultraman's served his purpose, and now The Outsider has arrived to give a golf clap and his "Your world is doomed" speech.

Outsider has Perplex So I'll assume your outwitting that instead
and I want to make sure I don't goof. The wording has me confused some if I use the outsiders power again "Prepare the Way:" on owlman since they share a keyword owlman can use outwit afterwards Correct?

EDIT: Owlman can use Outwit because he shares a keyword with Outsider.
