I'd know if I deleted something. The program wasn't working correctly and they can't be bothered to listen to what I was telling them. He's all "I see stuff in your sent folder as far back as 3 months ago!"
"Great, now try listening to me and go to this week and see how much you find in there!"
"Oh, any number of things could have deleted those... even you... without even knowing it!"
"How is it I could have done something that specific without even knowing about it?"
"I didn't say it was you, just that any number of things could have deleted it... even you."
"Great, how do I get it back?"
"Do you have something specific you are looking for?"
"Yes all my sent items from Tuesday!"
"Well, which ones?
"Can you just close this ticket? Mark it up as user error if you like, I'm just done dealing with this now."
