Unfortunately for you and your theories, Ive never ran a DAD deck, made only one Monarch deck which was dismantled very quickly due to me hating to see every other deck look pretty much like mine.

I beat DAD on the regular ... didn't need demise. You miss the point that Demise is free tutor from deck to field on your opponent's turn. The reaction trigger is something most decks would do on a fairly regular basis, and as such can be considered a reliable trigger. Now making a swiss army knife of "field spells" means you can respond appropriately by popping out Necrovalley, a boost, Fusion support and much more ... at no cost to a very popular trigger.

This precedes DAD ... the issue is much bigger than that card. How hard is that to understand?

Then what are these much bigger consequences? Because it seems like special summoning has become the thing to do today, and if (which it wont) becomes something of a common card for everydeck, then all it will do is slow down those special summons. Make a deck that will cause these much bigger issues to occur.

Because no one is going to add 4-6 cards to a deck to bring out a field magic that where most increase life points? Or Necrovalley? Like I said will slow down the crazy special summoning going on, so how is this a bad thing?

I did not know it was a bad thing to slow down what is on the verge of being abused in the current format. or did you not know the theme of the emergency ban list? Kinda slowed down special summoning.

Activate only if you control 3 or more "Batteryman" monsters. Destroy all cards your opponent controls.

This kind of card exists everywhere.

Jurassic (field magic) and Volcanic something (trap).

Also aren't most Batteryman Cards very low in attack and defense?

Also didnt a few cards come out in LOTD that will bring this to their knees.

Also, isnt that how this game plays, a new set comes out, it kicks but, then is adjusted. And what is best stays. I mean why does everyone complain about broken.

My first SJC, and I got owned by DAD, Gadegets, and Monarchs. I did not Bych or complain.

* assumed very incorrectly what decks I play or have played.
* assumed very incorrectly that ANY of these cards affect the deck I play right now (come to think of it ... they dont even affect up to 30% of the decks Ive played in the past)
* came in to try and make an argument after I laid the context of my original post, which some of the more respected people around here came in and agreed with.
* brought up an average at best decktype and implied I should be more concerned by those.
