Well i think it would be a Great PR Stunt, if WK in a future set say....Make a poll of say 20 Popular mechs, Take the top 3, And have people vote What faction gets what mech(Out of 11 factions with the falcons, Their would be 2 merc mechs) . Then you vote on ranks......and WK makes up some darn good stats O_O

How about this, we send this Idea to the Poll forum, and vote about each step in there? First of all we bring a few mech options in. Then the next poll will be on faction, and then rank, and maybe name. I dunno, its a thought. I would like to see a daishi myself.

I propose a SW mech with a sweet spot on the 2nd click.

It has Evade with 12 movement and Agility. For weapons it has a Primary of 4 damage (melee), and Alpha Strike on a Secondary Energy Weapon with 0/4" for 1 damage.

The Mech reaches its sweet spot on the 2nd click where it receives Improved Targeting and maintains Alpha Strike and the 2nd weapon goes to 2 damage. It has a restart roll if it cools after shutdown.

This way you can charge 20" and hit your sweet spot, and then Alpha Strike your target the next turn with Improved Targeting for a possible 6 damage, only to cool the following turn for a good chance at a restart roll.
