Goldeneye, I like it, but I think you're lacking a little bit in the melee department. One GF or LI figure that can fight competenly, especially in melee, and you're a gonner.
As for mine, before I spit out a whole new thread, I though I'd try my latest armies here:
Nothing too powerful, just well rounded, IMO. Varatrix does his thing, backed by the ZC's and the Stag. The Archer and the Dragon Priest are the ranged firepower, and they can pretty much go toe to toe with anything short of Rava. The Centaurs and the Grimlin are amazing harassment.

I think this one is a little lacking in the oomph factor, but it makes up for it in the number of serious threats. The goal of this army was to kinda emulate mrdbeau's Nat's army from a few years ago. The whole point was an army that was virtually immune to range.
This isn't exactly what I would call one of MY best armies, per se, as I've never played it. I kept mulling the idea around in my head for a potent, faction-pure "Stone of Scrying" army and here's what I came up with eventually:
Tythania Stormbringer w/
Stone of Scrying-----------144+55 pts= 199
2x **War Bard(Nexus)-------2x39 pts= 78
**Snow Centaur (one w/ Ram)-----41 pts
Rivvenguard Jaysa(Nexus)---------65 pts
**High Elf Warrior-----------21 pts
*Regal Skymage------------51 pts
**Centaur Maiden (Free Armies)-------41 pts
Total: 496 pts.
Thought about moving the Free Armies warriors, except War Bards, as a formation (Skymage 12 spd. and Maiden Pathfinder) for 1 or 2 turns and eventually breaking them apart to harass or satellite for the Stone. Obviously, I'd keep Tythania within reach of the tag-teaming Bards' Leadership. I'm thinking first strike for me shouldn't be too much of a problem if I dbl-tm the Snow Centaur and use him as a satellite for Tythania (2x10 spd + T.S.'s 14 rng = 34 in. 1st turn effect). The only prob I see w/ this set-up is not having a healer for Jaysa (Any suggestions?), otherwise I can't wait to see how this one plays!

Oops. I didn't mean FIRST turn, rather I meant SINGLE turn effect (since the satellite figure must be within 8" of the wielder).

Thanks, Goldeneye. Everyone else - whad'ya think? Since I don't get much of a chance to play anymore (nobody around to play against) your opinions mean a lot.
