I think you mean H9. That’s probably Mandarin and should be in J2, if you don’t mind putting in there.

If Doom ignored characters for LOF, it would read "Improved Targeting: Ignores Characters"

Two nice things here.
1. I can base you with a thug and you can opt to ignore the thug and shoot someone else. (as long as you still have LOF to that someone else)
