"Then you are too dangerous to trust to Queen Bee's control," Baron Zemo said, shooting her.

"Thanks," Psylocke said. "That bit of pain was enough to break the control," Psylocke said.

"That isn't all that's going to break," Solomon Grundy said, looming over her.

Psylocke's string of curses was cut off by the hulking Grundy.

Ouch. That would be a good turn if Bishop hadn't outwitted Queen Bee's mc.

Maybe you could figure a way to outwit that instead of Psylocke's sc and just take a chance with that.

Also, Rogue has pc too (borrowed from Wanda for a turn).

Yes indeed. Egghead will move to C10 to do the Outwit of Bishop's Outwit.

That lets Queen Bee's MC attack go forward.

Psylocke could possibly SC out of it now. Gets 4. So far so good.

Rogue PCs Queen Bee's attack to another 7. Still succeeds. Psylocke still moves to F8

Her SC on Ultron's attack is 1. That is also still good.

Her SC on Zemo's attack is 2. Also still good.

So aside from a new position for Egghead, the turn remains largely unchanged. Lucky break for me on all those SC rolls. It seems things like SC or SS either fail miserably, or else they succeed five times in one turn. Very spotty.

I hated to take those away from you as much as I hate losing both characters. Beast was so useful. I think he's going to be so abused if he isn't already.

Not to slow this down again but one of my guys is in F8. Is that Psylocke and she's not blocked?

I'd have been satisifed just taking out Beast. Psylocke was a bonus. I'm kind of a litle disappointed this Beast is so good. A passive Beast that just hangs back and doesn't get into the fight just seems wrong

Agreed on Beast, as this will be the go to. However Beast otherwise is an in your face piece, with a dash of support powers, who is easy enough to take down. Each figure needs a role.

I think we may want to begin putting feelers out for the game that replaces this. We're at 1k, we've got a way to go, but it's something to consider.

Wanda on QB. Needs 6, rolls 8. 2 to her.

Replacement one: Madame Web. 'Cept she's not really that. She'll certainly appear as such. Rolls her die. 5. Hmmm. Not my favorite version. She replaces Beast.

GOTG Magneto enters. Polaris tks him to D17. Takes a power action to use tk twice. Sends Vizh to D15 and can he break Egghead. 6. Perfect. Places Egghead in Queen Bee's spot to block. That gives 1 damage to Egghead, per Magneto's trait, and a food token to Mags.

Bishop outwits Egghead's pw.

So Queen Bee is koed. Egghead is put into her spot to block and takes 1.

"Not quite," Magneto says. His power shows proves his identity but his appearance is more than a little off.

"My God," Bishop asks, "What's going on with him?".

"Nothing to worry about," the other arrival says.

"who are you?" Wanda asks, "I don't recognize you behind that webbing."

"An old, dear friend," she says, "At least when I was alive."

I had a couple of other Amalgam ideas, if you want to continue running with these for a bit.

Magneto does need to make an attack roll if you're going to use TK on an opposing character, only needs a 7 though. But gets a 4. Ultron can PC to 5. See, that's what you get when you have me roll your attack rolls for you. Unless I'm missing some other PC, means he can't TK Egghead, and you'll need to do something else if you want to block Queen Bee.

For some reason I thought only a breakaway roll with needed to move an opposing figure. Of course that’s wrong.

Since Magneto can’t tk him but can use t again he sends Rogue to block and she just moves back.
