I couldn't think of a song to play for Monday. I decided to put up an episode of QI. OF course it is a smarty and witty British "game show" based on interesting facts and the truth behind them this is it. Think Funny Pub trivia.
It was originally hosted by Stephen Fry and is replaced with Susan Toskvig (spelling?) If you have 30 minutes to watch a show, this is a huge favorite in our home.
I am lagging in sleep. I should take better care of myself.
What keeps you awake?
I keep myself awake looking for one thing to watch on youtube before bedtime. I try to stop doing that but sometimes I just really want to watch a cooking video.

I love to go to bed early, like 9:30/10pm or so, but the last year or so I find myself waking up at godawful hours...2:45, 3:30, 4:00am, etc. Then it takes me a good 45 minutes or hour to fall back asleep. And one of our dogs-the youngest one- feels that if I get up to go to the bathroom, or she hears me move, or sees a light from my phone, that she is allowed to jump up into bed for the rest of the night. It's a sucky time to try to fall back asleep.
So what do the rest of your pogues do when you wake up in the middle of the night, with hours remaining of sleep time? Me...I've read so many DC comics on the DC App and read so much about WW2 that I could write a book about said topics. But they both help get me back to bed...

I average a bit less than 5.5 hours of sleep a night, usually take a 15 to 30 minute nap somewhere in the early afternoon.
Have tried sleep aids, medicine, alcohol and various combinations of them to try and sleep better. If I sleep more than 6 hours, I am usually sick; been this way my whole life, it about drove my mom insane when I was young. Last fall I got one of those fitness bands that tracks sleep to see if it could help someway, it has not but now I have data about my sleep habits.
My non-sleeping habits is fueld by my addiction to video games. I can be so tired and falling asleep at night, but as soon as a video game starts I can be awake all night. It is my weakness.
Other Space
Never heard of it until I saw about 40 minutes of it on Dust tonight while recuperating from my 2nd COVID-19 vaccine.
It’s hilarious and thoroughly enjoyable so far.
Anybody here watch it ever? Originally a web series several years ago.
