3)Nightcrawler moves to J5. (Three Elevators for the Skrulls – I wonder why I didn’t just set up in them to begin with???)

The Story

“I told you mate, she weren’t bloody real!” Pyro looked over at the heartbroken fuzzy blue skrull.

“How was I to know? Those big beautiful eyes looked me up and down . . . “ Nightcrawler looked at the melted slag of metal that was once the Fantastic Four receptionist, Roberta.

“She was bleedin’ scannin’ you! She knew you weren’t no X-Man! You tok this assignment to far, you have!” Pyro turned to look at Logan, “Am I right?”

SNIKT!

“Shut your pie hole Limey Skrull or I’ll carve you three more!”

Just then the door whooshed open and in strode Willie Lumpkin, long time mailman of the Fantastic Four. “Afternoon Mr. Logan and Mr. Wagner. I don’t recognize you sir. Sorry, I do my best to keep current. Nice to see you too Ms. Witch. I-I-I, Jumpin’ Jehosophat! That there is the Super Skrull! As I live and breathe! Don’t worry Logan, I still have Nick Fury’s phone number because he still owes me twenty bucks! You hold him off and I’ll call for help!” Willie Lumpkin ran for the doors.

With a slight gesture, from the skrull that was now the Scarlet Witch, and probabilities were altered. The doors that were once opened were now closed. The one area that the electronic eye did not cover was precisely where poor Willie Lumpkin was running and not looking.

CRASH!!!

Out cold. He hit the door with such force that he knocked himself out and broke the doors.

“We had better hide him,” suggested Pyro.

“Ja!” agreed Nightcrawler.

“Leave him!” Logan turned and went into the elevator directly across from him and turned to study the controls.

“Herr Logan, someone will surely notice him laying there!” protested Nightcrawler.

“Like they won’t see you slagged metal girlfriend? C’mon and move out! Super Skrull grabbed the Witch and already made for their elevator. Doom’s in place and I’m sure they know we are here.” Logan looked back to the controls.

“He’s right Pyro.”

BAMF!

The implosion indicated that the fuzzy elf-skrull was gone.

Pyro stood in the lobby alone. Today Richards would fall. He would stand side by side with the Super Skrull as they crushed the accursed Fantastic Four. His family would be proud of him. The problems at his trials of manhood would all be forgotten. And most of all, he could finally be in a position where female skrulls would dig him. Dig him? He had been on earth far too long. Crushing Richards and the rest of the Fantastic Four would correct that problem. He could return home, a hero.

The ladies of the FF is looking at some hair tonic.....for the thing.
Nova is recommending that the thing......wear a wig with red hair.
Sue “The thing looks better with a blue wig. Blue goes well with orange.”

Alicia “Well since I can’t see anything it does not matter what color is his hair.”

The thing looks really depressed.


When suddenly the alarm rang, trigger by the untimely demise of the Fantastic Four receptionist, Roberta.

Interesting Strategy.

Skrulls have taken control of most of the elevators....


Leaving the Elevator at H 15, A 5 and the Silo available.....
Mobility of other teams reduced. (Doom included)

The other option is to start punching holes on floor. / Roof.

My thoughts exactly choonhui.

Never story posted before so bare with me. I will no doubt offend anybody who has ever heard of any of my team by doing a poor representaion of them. I'm not planning on taking it too seriously.

If you are offened, can't be assed reading it all or don't find it funny just skip to he move section (That's the serious bit).

The STORY

On this lazy afternoon, four supervillains and an idiot called Steve landed on the roof of the Baxter Building, home of the FF.

"Go explain this again," said the poor idiot who managed to get caught up in what would soon be a great battle.

"For the last time..." emphasizes Dr Doom, leader of this newly founded group.

Taskmaster, the fighter of the group, quickly interrupts relieving Doom, "He is Victor Von Doom AKA Dr Doom."

Scientist Supreme, the supporter (not in a soccer fan sense) of the group states the obvious. "This is the home of the FF."

Calypso, the magician (Doom thought the Thing was vulnerable to magic. He was having a bad day and no-one was stupid enough to point out that he was probably thinking of Superman) whispers to Steve, "Doom has this thing with the FF."

Doom overheard this but let it go as Calypso was needed. "Today is the day we defeat the FF!"

The hamster wheel in Steve's head is turning but not at any great speeds. "I'm with you. I can understand why you are all here, but why am I needed?"

"You're the driver!" states Doom as if it was obsious.

No-one wanted to argue with Doom. He is a powerful guy. But before this thought could cross their minds he quickly mentioned, "I forgot to book the taxi ride when I booked the plane tickets OK! my bad."

Again no-one questioned this. They just took it that Doom was a fan of public transport.

Doom snaps into action and orders his troops. "Steve take that elevator."

"But it will activate an alarm," says Steve.

"No it won't."

"It bloody well will!"

Knowing that arguing with Doom would be bad, that last sentence was trapped before it escaped his mouth. Steve almost had his finger over the button when the alarm went off. Thinking quickly, a feat rarely done by steve, he ran into the elevator.

Even with Taskmaster trying to calm him down Dr Doom in a fit of rage blasted a hole through another elevator. Half the FF now knew he was here. Doom made a loud noise. Unknown to Doom it was a group of Skrulls, taking over the Baxter Building from the ground up, that set off the alarm.

Not so much a lazy afternoon anymore.

MOVES

1) Steve moves into the elevator in H14
F) Doom perplexes up his Attack to 13.
F) Taskmaster perplexes up Doom's damage to 4.
2) Doom does a running shot to F11 carrying Calypso (dropping her off in E11) and attacks the elevator in B5. Av 13 vs DV 18, need a 5. Rolled 4+2 = 6. Elevator destroyed.

I apologize to Boy Mullet for taking all of the elevators but, I do not have a map of the roof. By the way, I do not apologize to the Good Guys, this is your stupid building anyway!

Question: With the elevator on the roof destroyed, does it disable the elevator to all other floors?

The elevators in roof map is a bit misleading?..Sorry Folks.
The elevator is at A 5, not B 5?.I moved Doom to F 10, so that he can shoot the elevator. The elevator is at H 15, I presume U mean to move it there.


Question is doom Mastermining his damage to anyone ?

Could U indicate if your clixs are R, E,V?.so that it is easier for others to follow ?

Only the elevator that is destroyed is disabled. The rest work. Since the elevator is destroyed there is a hole for people to fly up and down....

Sue was about to rush into the FF elevator?..when it came crashing down.
She took a few steps backwards as she saw the elevator fall past her?..
?Thank Goodness, I was not inside when it fell.?
(Avoided falling damage and falling to 1st floor.)

Alicia Masters rushed to get out of this building. It is not safe for a blind to be in the FF Building.

All right, move and story tonight.

Maps are up, click on the Homepage button in the bottom row of this post (and any of my subsequent ones) to get it. (I don't think I'm allowed to post outside links, so that'll have to do). It's very basic (I threw it together in ten minutes) and the maps are smaller (but still legible), but it should do.

Uh, actually realized I can't make my move tonight because it requires a die roll and I don't know if we're doing the honor system or using a die server. If someone could let me know I have a move all planned, but need to know how to let everyone know what I rolled.

As it is, it's 1:30 am here, so I'm going to bed.

I have no problem with honor rolling.
