Stan, does your father have any legal heirs besides you and your children?
Does he have a will?
I ask because all of those things impact the question you're asking. You probably want to see a probate/estate planning attorney regarding that stuff.
I have a brother, and my dad has a will that I made him get. I'm not kidding when I say he's like a child. He's said to have the brain of an 85 year old, and I put his mental faculties somewhere between 10-16 depending on his mood and level of sobriety.
If you read the intro, you'll realize that the theme is deceiving. Plus, my third (I think) game I ran was Sesame Street so I've been ruining fond memories for years now.
Very true. I think it just shows how varied a mafia game can be though. I love seeing other people's ideas come into play, with all the love and care put into running a game.
I try out new ideas in every game I put together, and I assume most mods do the same. If I have an idea for a gimmick, powerset, win condition, or anything else, I'll try it out.
Some of them go really well, like the town mason recruiter from my first game. Others end up rather unbalanced like the money system in Mini Marvels. Others don't see much use, like French in Ghost City or Finishers in Wrestling.
Mafia can be other things than crime and superheroes, and that's one of it's strengths. I'm toying with the mechanics of an Old West mafia game where the goal is to get rich through gambling and claim jumping.
Not sure how I just came about this, but are SpiderHulk, bagman, Cosmic Spidey and Doppelganger really chase figures from WoS? When I traded for them, I thought they were SR's. Last night I noticed that they have a different color code on the card where the rarity goes.

They were supposed to be chase rares, but a manufacturing error made them the same rarity as other super rares. So no, they're just super rare.
