I never watched JAG, but I love NCIS. THey have quite possibly the best cast camaraderie of any show on TV.

What sets NCIS apart from other crime shows is that it's character-driven. The crimes are basically an excuse to watch the characters interact; the resolution of the crime is often not the focus of an episode's drama.

Well, that and a series of extremely embarassing ####ups of everything computer-related in the first couple seasons forcing them to hire people who could tell them how computers actually work. As a result they say embarassing things about technology far less frequently than, say, CSI.

Heh, my favorite moments were there person who had the highest score of an MMO (ha!), and then having two people type on a keyboard at the same time to go faster. Hilarious.

Yeahhh. I like to pretend the first two seasons didn't exist.

I agree with all the above positive reviews of NCIS. I love that show! As far as the technology part goes, I'm one of the one they do that for. I might not necessarily believe it, but I dont specifically know better, so I go with it.

I have never watched NCIS. None of the shows and all that.

Then again, I hear that ignorance is bliss. Ah, bliss....
