At my classroom I have several of the cling-on peel and stick types of lots of Marvel characters and a few Shazam ones, but the cooler part is that i have about 15 drop ceiling tiles painted by art students over the past couple years. Lots of well known characters, but nobody takes me up on my "extra credit for a worthy Doctor Doom" challenge.
As far as posters go, I could wallpaper a large room with DC and marvel (and a few Indy I'm sure) posters, along with vintage aviation ones, but I don't have a man cave room or suitable garage space like in my last couple houses. Some of them are fairly rare- my old Charlton characters coming to DC ones, the decently valuable Dark Knight original one, but most are just characters I liked a lot or promo ones I signed up to get when we took them down at the shop over the years.
My basement walls are all cinder block or old stone and mortar, so unless I do some serious work down there, it'll never be a poster display area
wintremute, and everyone else: Wait, was there a song thing going on?

Spoiler (Click in box to read)
It was a rainy night when he came into sight
Standing by the road, no umbrella, no coat
So I pulled up along side and I offered him a ride
He accepted with a smile so we drove for a while
I didn't ask him his name, this lonely boy in the rain
Fate tell me it's right, is this love at first sight
Please don't make it wrong, just stay for the night
All I wanna do is make love to you
Say you will you want me too
All I wanna do is make love to you
I've got lovin' arms to hold on to
So we found this hotel, it was a place I knew well
We made magic that night. Oh, he did everything right
He brought the woman out of me, so many times, easily
And in the morning when he woke all I left him was a note
I told him I am the flower you are the seed
We walked in the garden we planted a tree
Don't try to find me, please don't you dare
Just live in my memory, you'll always be there
All I wanna do is make love to you
One night of love was all we knew
All wanna do is make love to you
I've got lovin' arms to hold on to
Oh, oooh, we made love
Love like strangers
All night long
We made love
Then it happened one day, we came round the same way
You can imagine his surprise when he saw his own eyes
I said please, please understand
I'm in love with another man
And what he couldn't give me
Was the one little thing that you can
All I wanna do is make love to you
One night of love was all we knew
All I want to do is make love to you
Come on, say you will, you want me too
All I wanna do is make love to you
One night of love was all we knew
All I want to do is make love to you
Say you will, you want me too
All night long ...
Somebody else can post a song. DB, I enjoyed your review of my different song! Loss of words, consensual and destroyed Batman as a character for me, GOLD!
Wishing for competitive Judge Dredd figures for Modern Age...WizKids are you listening?!?!
Sometimes I can't believe that this punk classic was actually created by some band that came out during the British invasion. Since it is the Kinks it actually makes a lot of sense.

I popped in just to say Merry Christmas. DB, I am going to get on it.
Nothing weird about that sentence, nossiree.
Merry Christmas, LPCers. It's been a crazy holiday season, but having kids that are 4 and 6 makes it an awesome time. Had a blast.
Hopefully you guys all were at least able to spend some time with loved ones and not get thrown in jail. Or have your parents move without telling you.
Me and the wifey spent a lot time watching movies of various genres over Christmas / Christmas Eve. Aside from the mandatory viewing of A Christ Story, we watched...
It is one of the earliest slasher films and inspired John Carpenter's Halloween franchise. It is directed by Bob Clark who, coincidentally, directed A Christmas Story. (1974) Black Christmas (originally titled Silent Night, Evil Night in the United States) watched on TCM Underground.
