I'd been miscounting my actions on the "tk 'em accross the board and back" phase. 1 for tking up the initial tker, 1 to tk the big attack piece to midboard, 1 to tk em to the Sentinel, and 1 to capture=4. Sigh. Well.. work in progress.
Still, if you're willing to sacrifice a bit of the deep-reach capability, you can drop one of the Johnny Alphas and upgrade Saturn Girl to a decent attack (counting on MCing the target to walk to midboard).
Maybe something like this:
R Sentinel 100 pt
E Johnny Alpha 53 pts
V Saturn Girl 76 pts
LE Calypso 22 pts
LE Con Artist 19 pts
R Pyro 27 pts (Traitor! I didn't realize that the R didn't have a TA before!)
SG taxis Alpha to midboard. Perplex Pyro’s range to 10 and throw up a barrier. Move out Calypso or the CA if you’re so inclined. With luck, the barrier will buy you one turn of safety while he takes his turn. Turn 2, SG MCs the big attacker to walk to mid-board (here’s hoping that you can get LOS and that they’ve got enough move to get to Johnny). If you’re really lucky, though, this’ll be a great opportunity for a running shot on his own team- though if you do that, Perplex down the def after the attack). Then Alpha passes him back and the Sentinel captures- same perpetual -2 to defense as in the first version, but with a little barrier and enough actions to go around. Thanks for the input!
I know what's on your mind, but it's not what you think it is..
I love the "Feed the Robot" gambit. I tried it with all MCers and Sentinel and Sinestro (400pts). Mad Hatter, Calypso, Moon Dragon (and some other support, can't remember) would multi-mind control a fig to run up to a robot for assimilation. MC, like Incap, is great against Impervious.
I lost one close game and had a lot of fun doing it. I'm not sure I would bring the team into an ultra-competitive match without a little tweaking, though.

Remember--the cheese factor will be ridiculous, and most figures that get hit will likely get hit HARD. Don't tie too many points into on of these. GA has great range, and a high attack to make sure he hits. Widow is all around good. Nightwing/Batman should have other purposes--the incap is icing there.
Anti-Thor
E Black Adam 123
R Jean Grey 31
E Green Arrow 42
3 Con Artists 33
Paramedic 12
R Pyro 27
V Avalanche 32
If you know or strongly suspect that Thor will pay you a visit, you could do much worse than to play this team.
BA gets perplexed up, grabs a coke machine, and gets fired at Thor. If he hits, he could hit for 9 clicks. (3 damage + 3 perplex + 3 damage for coke machine) Then, he flies back behind a barrier thrown by Pyro or Avalanche.
Noone around here ever uses the 3D Objects so I wasn't up to date on them.
I meant more of a mess in strange versions of the characters to pick. As I would rather play V Adam and V Arrow. I understand why you picked the versions you did it just looks like a mess to me.
Im thinking I will stick with Dan Ketch for my heavy hitter. Hes cheap and effective.
5 damage seems to be the magic number for single hit ko's on a number of key support figs. 6 is even better and will take out a wide variety of figs.
As for the 3D objects...they are tourney legal, but you might want to have the rules on hand, when I played at the Pre-Release for MM, there seemed to be a LOT of confusion on what the rules were regarding that...apparently some people still think that your opponent can use YOUR 3D objects when they place tokens. Last time I checked, that isn't the case.
*Jumping on soapbox*
Which I just don't get...when the rules were pointed out that 3D objects were always legal, etc., the judges COUNTERED the printed rules arguement with the concept that NOT letting your opponents use your 3D objects would be unsportsman like.
What?
When I sit down at a game, I don't get out my team, and then offer the figs to my opponent to use. Why would I give them my 3D objects? They are mine, I bring them to the table, no different than BFC's and Feats...they are non-figure elements to the game now. Someone in the crowd actually complained "why should you get to use better objects because you paid $15?" Well, guess what, it's a collectible game, and people that spend more money tend to have more options on what they play. I mean, I could say it's not fair that my opponent is playing U Thor because I haven't pulled him yet and refuse to pay big bucks for him. But you know what, that's not the way it works.

I like Daniel because hes got that 4 damage at such a cheap cost. For the price of E Black Adam I can get Daniel and 3 con artists. Also I think Daniel can take a hit better than most bruisers. With a consistent dial and a mid dial defense jump and L/C I think he is a contender.
HSS on Black Adam, Super Strength...that goes a LONG way towards making him one of the best bruisers in the game. No doubt, I really like Ketch as a fig...but on certain maps...he'll be dodging hindering terrain all day.
