I got the one in my avatar custom painted a while back. I've been looking for a dial ever since. Does anyone here know how to create a whole dial from scratch?

It sticks, and the other figures do not need to use the ATA to get the bonus. Could be fun to use on Noh-varr and let him attack a bunch of enemies with Pulse Wave or EE.
