Let me know if its good as I am trying to decide waht to use my Amazon Guft Card I got last year for....Worry that it will expire soon
I'd say the series evenly distributed the Legion love with the Star Trek love, though I think it would be enjoyed a little more by a strong ST fanatic. I know the Legion inside out but I only have basic familiarity with original Star Trek. The treats on the ST would be enjoyed a little more, I believe.
Chris Roberson, the writer, did a really thorough interview on the Legion of Substitute Podcasters show a few months ago. Definitely search that out after you read the book.

I know this will seem like heresy considering me and the Legion go waaaay back (and my love of McCoy puts OST as the only ST I care much about) but I think the "Doctor Who / TNG" mini has been even better. The Eleventh running up to Data and excitedly asking if he could remove the androids head for an amusing study practically is worth the price by itself. Heck, as a bonus we even get a flashback tale of The Fourth Doctor helping out the OST crew against the Cybermen.
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

Correct. Sunday was the cutoff, so none of the figures that popped up yesterday and today on eBay or Jarosa's thread are considered part of the draft.
