Xavier wanted Sage to reintegrate into the Hellfire Club. He had the means to disguise her so that she would not be recognized by Shaw, Selene or Pierce. Sage hated Sebastian Shaw so she readily agreed, though the presence of Selene gave her some pause.

On the Badoon homeworld, chaos reigned as there was no leadership at all anywhere. Only the lowest one third of the Badoon populous materialized (as had happened to nearly all other worlds that had been replicated in this reality).

Rudderless, the Badoon were in chaos, On their nearby homeworld of Lotiare; where their females resided, things were much calmer.

Day 41: mid morning; Earth time, on a replicated moon of Titan, based on the 31st century DC universe Titan.

Roberto De Costa; Sunspot, was feeling very important.

One of the few X-Men left to manage Xavier's mansion after so many had disappeared, he was consumed by the recent disappearance of Sage. No one could account for her.

Angry, he decided to work off his frustrations in the Danger room.

As he battled simulated Sentinels, he was picked up and thrown by a D.R. simulation right through a rift.

Rogue was unaware of this because she was confronting the Abomination.

Aleta Ogood; member of the Guardians of the Galaxy in the 31st century, was unaware of all the kidnappings that had happened to so many other heroes and villains of the Marvel Universe.

So when Aleta was confronted by a rift in reality, she recklessly charged into it thinking to investigate it from the other side.

Peotor; the Orangutan Super Ape belonging to the Red Ghost, reacted to the unusual sight of the planet Saturn suddenly looming overhead with much the same dismay as Igor the baboon did.

However; Peotor had materialized close to where Igor hid disguised as a rock formation. Igor recognized his friend Peotor immediately and dropped his disguise to join his friend.

However, the two primates were immediately disturbed by the sudden separate appearances of Sunspot and Aleta Ogord.

This rankled the two primates nerves and Peotor lashed out by hurling metal objects at both newly arrived heroes.

Sunspot was caught by flying debris almost immediately and though he felt it's impact, he was unphased by it.

The debris passed right through Aleta as she phased it through her body.

Sunspot struck Peotor a blow that knocked the agitated Orangutan out and Aleta swiftly subdued Igor by encasing the Baboon in solid light.

Igor escaped by changing into a mist and then disappeared.

Igor changed into a beetle and crawled away to a safe distance and watched the two humans resentfully as they stood above his friend Peotor.

Sunspot knew who Peotor was from files the X-Men kept on Fantastic Four foes. He had no idea who Aleta was and Aleta had no idea who Sunspot was.

They looked at each other warily.

Finally, Aleta accused Sunspot of having drawn her to this world. Aleta; being from Arcturus IV, was unfamiliar with the moon of Titan and since there were many ringed planets in the universe, she did not know she was near the planet Saturn of the Earth's solar system.

Sunspot finally noticed the looming visage of Saturn in the sky and lost his focus on Aleta for a second.

Aleta took that moment to fly off on her light discs to see where she might be. Sunspot decided to fly after her so that she would not leave her sight.

Igor saw the two humans fly off and seized his opportunity.

He grabbed Peotor, and showing that baboons have surprising strength, dragged Peotor's limp form away from the scene. When Igor felt he gone far enough away, Igor disguised as the local Titan fauna and hid Peotor's unconscious form from prying eyes.

Peotor's past was similar to Igor's. He was stolen by Russian poachers who had slaughtered his mother while he was very young.

He was sold to a circus that made him perform tricks for audiences throughout the Soviet Union along with Mikhlo, a young gorilla and eventual fellow Super Ape.

Eventually Ivan Kragoff visited the circus and saw that Peotor's trainer mistreated Igor and Mikhlo. Ivan Kragoff used his Kremlin connections to lean on the circus trainer and Kragoff became the new owner of Peotor and Mikhlo. He then worked with the two primates and got them to obey his every command through devotion.

Sunspot chased after Aleta and demanded that she stop and explain herself.

Aleta turned and confronted Sunspot. To her, she saw a strange dark boyish figure.

Aleta was all about light and Sunspot seemed to absorb the light she used as a tool.

Sunspot seemed like a natural threat to her and she demanded to know who he was.

Roberto's youthful arrogance rose up and he mocked Aleta and ordered her to declare herself first. This was too much for Aleta and she decided to grapple with Sunspot.

Strength wise, they were evenly matched and each surprised the other with unexpected power of sinew.

However, Roberto, began to project thermal heat from his body which forced Aleta to let go.

Aleta retreated and began nursing her burnt palms.

After that the two began to talk to each other reasonably and explain to each other who each was.

After explaining who each other were, Roberto remembered vaguely something about the Guardians of the Galaxy from old files about the Avengers.

The two went back to collect the Super Ape they'd knocked out but found that it was missing.

Dismayed that they'd allowed it to slip away, the two began searching for it.

Peotor came to his senses and Igor managed to convey to his friend that they needed to lay low.

Peotor appreciated the cover that Igor was providing and still trembling from the strange sight of the planet Saturn looming above them in the sky, Peotor gratefully accepted Igor's protection and soon fell asleep.

Aleta and Sunspot were eventually spotted by one of the few natives that had not succumbed to the trauma of experiencing the traumatic death of several Science Police investigating strange invasive reptilian aliens in their minds.

They were reported and the Legion, along with the several Marvel heroes posted on the planet responded.

Only Hank Pym knew for sure who Aleta was but the original X-Men, using their nomenclature of X-Factor, knew Sunspot immediately and greeted him accordingly.

After Aleta and Sunspot briefly described the baboon and orangutan that they'd seen when they'd arrived, Pym and the other Marvel heroes knew that at least two of the Red Ghost's super apes were somewhere on Titan.

Jean Grey began trying to locate animal thought patterns.
