so where can we find the rules for thuis faction war? Im warlording 2 of them this weekend, and I don't even have the rules yet

I haven't seen them posted anywhere...the notice they sent out to the judges just says to check the WK website for info on the scenario...I think it's supposed to be a sealed event but I'm not really sure...

They're taking their sweet time - it's Wednesday already. I've had my venue bring in extra Omens for the event. If it's not sealed I'm in big trouble.

In future they have to do a better job getting the rules out in a timely fashion so the venues can have time to order adequate supplies to run the thing.

With the present state of MK not many venues carry more than a handful of boosters - to expect them to order boosters last month for an event that MIGHT be sealed this month is just silly IMO.

It's listed as sealed, so it should be sealed. The main issue is how much do you bring. First was 1 figure plus relic. Second was bring a 300 pt. army and add 200 pts. from boosters.

I would be suprised if it's not up today.

If it sealed with 3 boosters I'm in great shape.

If it's 2 boosters they'll be a little grumbling and muttering by the venue.

If it's less than that there's going to be people chasing me with pointy sticks.

Hopefully they announce it today. :)

which factions have the better AC-cards to try for?

There are no faction-specific ACs. All they are are ACs from Omens with the LE color scheme. Nothing special.

but each faction is assigned one particular card as a prize?

Oh, well, that is still in question. All anyone knows at this point is that the tournament is going to involve the purchase of boosters, and the prizes are already-released ACs. That is all we know.:(

I didn't want to pick a faction with a prize card that duplicates one of the three AC's I already have...
plus I need to have army ready since the shops have no boosters (where I play)

They posted the rules

300 point faction pure battle force then an additional 200 points from 2 sealed boosters. Note the items do not have to be factioned, just the units.

The AC prizes have been stated before, as the Omens AC cards nothing new. The real prize, if you want to look at it that way, is the extra unique in the next set for the winning faction, at the expense of the losing faction.
