i just downloaded the program and it say you need a irc to work it probaly mirc i want to know if mirc is compatable with windows vista or is there another irc I should use

Ok, sorry but im having a bit of a problem and im sure its on my computers end, but maybe you guys have some info that could help me. everytime i try to connect to vsplay.gonjoy.net on any ports i run into this error message.

tcpClient_Error Number=10060,Description=The attempt to connect timed out,Scode=-2146818228,Source=C:\WINDOWS\system32\mswinsck.ocx

Any thoughts? Just downloaded VSed and OCTGN the other day so it might be something simple that im just missing. thanks
