Umm......what does Hulk [Strongest One There Is] got to do with cost?
Last Son of Krypton reads:
To recruit, pay 4 resource points.
Pay = Cost.
If I pay for something, it is going to cost me. Correct? Even in Vs, characters with 0 aren't necessarily free (S/B Robot has Dual Loyalty, Haywire is a 0/1 on the Thunderbolts, and you have to pay (A COST!) 3 resource points to Quicksilver or you lose).
Ok but quicksilver doesn't have to cost you anything at all... he is a 0 cost character.. if you play him and then win that turn then you never had to "pay " for him...
Not if you built the deck around speed killing your opponent.. and BH has alot of really good cards for hitting hard.. just play him as a free body w/ 4 atk on your kill turn, like say turn 4-5.. and just be sure to push through enough damage.. I know I'll be looking for some of this guy cause he's going right in my BH deck..
back on thread topic.. I think I'll reserve my right to change my mind when I see more MUN but for know..
N/A- Supes.. Although he really annoys me..
0- The new Quicks
1- Mr. Mxyzcardadvandtagepltk
2- ?? Not sure yet, although Quicks is leaning for the win..
3- Ahmed.. although Babs does deserve to give him a run for his money.. and I'm liking the new Thanos...
4- Darkseid.. I can't help it he's a personal fav.. although WW, AoP is gonna take it..
5- ?? Not sure yet
6- Batman, C&C.. I've always wanted a Batman this good..
7- ?? Not sure yet
8- The Original Apoc still holds this spot firmly.. at least until we see the new NZ stuff in action..
9- Galactus.. he is the best hands down..
Did I miss the boat on this one? If not, here goes:
No-cost: Superman, Last Son of Krypton
0-cost: Superman/Batman Robot, Supa-Mecha-Bat
1-cost: Alfred Pennyworth, Faithful Friend
2-cost: Deadshot, Floyd Lawton
3-cost: Ahmed Samsarra, White King
4-cost: Wonder Woman, Ambassador of Peace
5-cost: Garth <> Tempest, Atlantean Sorcerer
6-cost: Bastion, Leader of Operation: Zero Tolerance
7-drop: Spider-Man, the Amazing Spider-Man
8-drop: Darkseid, Dark God
9-drop: Galactus, Devourer of Worlds
10-drop: Imperiex, The Beginning and the End
11-drop: Silver Surfer, Herald
What can I say? The best are still the best. (And if it wasn't this way and cards kept getting more and more powerful instead of more and more diverse, it would be Heroclix and I wouldn't play it.)
EDITED: Deadshot is definitely cooler than Quicksilver.
Should Fin Fang Foom take the 8-drop slot or no, since he can be played on 4 (hence, that's another reason why Imperiex isn't in my 10 slot. His full potential is turn 9.)?
