Umm......what does Hulk [Strongest One There Is] got to do with cost?

Last Son of Krypton reads:

To recruit, pay 4 resource points.

Pay = Cost.

If I pay for something, it is going to cost me. Correct? Even in Vs, characters with 0 aren't necessarily free (S/B Robot has Dual Loyalty, Haywire is a 0/1 on the Thunderbolts, and you have to pay (A COST!) 3 resource points to Quicksilver or you lose).

Except that Supes says his costs isn't equal, less or greater than anything. Making his cost nothing

You're not getting the point.

He COSTS me/you/your Aunt Petunia 4 resource points, which is a PAYMENT (NOT A PAYMENT POWER, BUT SOMETHING YOU MUST PAY).

His technical cost is 4. His printed cost is N/A.

Ok but quicksilver doesn't have to cost you anything at all... he is a 0 cost character.. if you play him and then win that turn then you never had to "pay " for him...

That would be one helluva (and lucky) play then, GKSFdude.

Not if you built the deck around speed killing your opponent.. and BH has alot of really good cards for hitting hard.. just play him as a free body w/ 4 atk on your kill turn, like say turn 4-5.. and just be sure to push through enough damage.. I know I'll be looking for some of this guy cause he's going right in my BH deck..

Should Fin Fang Foom take the 8-drop slot or no, since he can be played on 4 (hence, that's another reason why Imperiex isn't in my 10 slot. His full potential is turn 9.)?

Ya know, I really can't say that she is the best at that respective turn, since, she can be played on any turn.

But, she is pretty good, though.

0: Superman/Batman Robot. Always slightly over curve (except 7), and so many good effects due to his cost. Teen Supremes, TRHC, etc.

1: Mr. Mxyzptlk. Card advantage is still pretty good, who knew?

2: Speed Queen. Slap an Ego Gem on her and watch the fireworks.

3: Barbara. Yes, Ahmed gets you what you want location-wise, but Barbie is hot, and in a wheelchair. So she can't run away....moving on.

4: Wonder Woman. Someone finally beat Doom by being a bigger pain. Wheeee!

5: Black Manta. Just like Garth, but with a team that benefits more from the effect.

6: Batman, Cape and Cowl. There are so many decks he just stops dead.

7: Magneto. Kicking it old school.

8: Apocalypse. Killing your opponent's resources is pretty good. I guess. If you want to win...

9: Galactus. Game, set, match, FTW.

10: Death. A 10 drop I can use on turn 1. Classy stuff.

I just edited my original list to include Death and Life Model Decoy from MUN...
