This Kingpin is pretty incredible, right? For 90 points you get a tentpole dial you used to see for twice that price. His trait is kind of whatever, but his STOP + Reduce Penetrating + Super Regen means he's also going to be incredibly annoying to kill. He's not exactly a 'definitive' version, but he's pretty monstrous as far as melee pieces go for less than a third of your build total.

I find sorta dissapointing that the rallys i've seen so far are relegated to only 1 for friendly roll attacks and 6 for opposing roll attacks.
