I just got off the phone with one of those users that makes you not want to work in the tech biz anymore. What makes it worse is that this guy is my psuedo-boss. I just feel like either quitting, or going home for the rest of the day. I definitely don't feel like working for this prick anymore.

Anyone wants to know why IT professionals are major ######bags, that lock you out of everything? It's because you make their jobs too goddamn difficult, if they don't. And you'll never apologize for it.

I feel like mowing yards for a living, at this point. I hate people today.
