Yes, which is why I've been sort of confused by RP's Phantom PGO claim. I have a feeling there's something else going on with his schtick. But I can't say what, because the write-up sure as hell looks like a PGO.

Remember, Ice was guided, so he wasn't misdirected that night. He targeted me - possibly because I know him RL? I dunno. Hard luck.

You spent the day wasting time hint claiming, and then referring to your own hints and when you get called on it, hem And haw about claiming. And then go on and on about how the town needs your powers and how it would be wasted to claim too soon.

This is why I don't post often, why waste everyone's time with useless posts? I mean aside from boosting your post count which frankly is the most ridiculous metric for measuring towniness.

It's called conversation. Brainstorming. Participation. Offering ideas. Trying to parse write-ups. Playing a game made up literally entirely of people posting things.

So your ideal Day Phase would be "Day is open! You need 7 posts for a majority."

I also didn't "waste the day hint claiming." I addressed the concerns about the non-PF vote as soon as they were intimated, I tried to find more productive areas to direct voting, and when people inexplicably went back to the concerns again, I dropped what I thought was a pretty clear hint that no one picked up on. And now I'm an outed PGO, but at least I get to change my icons to Godzilla and I got to post that "Up from the depths!" song like I've been itching to.

As much as I love the hyperbole, and I really do. This addresses absolutely nothing that I brought up. hinting Godzilla and referring to that later on in the day isn't a conversation. I relate that to liking your own posts on Facebook. You can do it..... But why?

But I'll reiterate my point since you decided to ignore what I said and go off on a rant. I'm general, posts about how your character is so useful, and how claiming wouldn't be great, are a waste of time. Either claim or not, don't waste time hemming and hawing.

and for the record, I have no idea why you claimed your power set. Being an "outed PGO" is on you. All I wanted was a claim.

I couldn't claim Godzilla without being immediately blamed for Ice's death, so I had to explain the power as well, which is why I was hesitant to reveal anything.

PGOs aren't particularly useful once everyone knows not to target them, which is why I was being secretive about it. Which I'm not anymore.
