Tomorrow night is my second night of DnD at a bar just a couple blocks from the house. After having sick kids all week quarantined at home, it'll be a nice break!

Sick kids is why I wasn't able to cook the meat. They are getting better. How about yours?

Quincy woke up puking..spent a good amount of early morning cleaning the upstairs and him up. Lily felt a little better, but both know they are missing this whole week of school.

I kind of enjoyed an unplanned vacation day tbh, even if I was confined to quarters with the kids for all but about 30 minutes of dog walking time.

I am back from my fishing trip. I thought I did well catching trout that were 2-3 pounds. My friend had to ruin it by catching a 5.5 lb trout. That girl was thicc.

Lions once again snatch defeat from the hands of victory.

The Lions are just...well...hard to describe. They just find Lion ways to lose games. Still a fan, but I'm hoping my boy finds another path for his life.


Today is the first day in nearly 10 days that at least one person wasn't sick in way or another in this house. It's been a good 24 hours, so we aren't cancelling our little 3 day vacation up to the Straits of Mackinac area. Hopefully it's a good time, and we don't have any further vacation complications.

Honestly, "The Straits of Mackinac" sounds like a 1980s DnD module.

I'm not gonna lie, once the Falcons went up by 17 at the half, I started getting extremely nervous. I have developed such an aversion to them getting big early leads that I don't know if I'll ever be able to truly enjoy a game where they decimate ever again.

It's been a while since I have posted some music.

The Warning, I just discovered this band about 20 minutes ago despite them having a youtube channel for almost 10 years. I think what I like most about this song is that there is some meaty bass in there, which is heavily pronounced in the main verses. The vocals are awesome and the song is just all around great Hard rock/metal tune. I will try to dig deeper in the catalog and see what is up. Enjoy!

I will check out The Warning, and wonder if they named themselves after the Queensryche album.

Do any of you yahoos watch the What If episodes on Disney? I've seen them all, and my takeaway is they were all pretty much awesome.

Watched the first 2, enjoyed them.

On TNF, the Eagles managed to start the game with SIX, three and outs, and pass for a mere 115 yards on the last ranked Buc's pass D. Jalen Hurts had a completion percentage under 50%.

WTF!

That game wasn't ever close, I was amused by how TB12 bled the last 5:54 of the game clock without scoring.

Queensryche was my jam until DeGarmo left.
