Thank you for this list, but there are some errors:

005 is Thug.
006 is J. Jonah Jameson, not Wolverine.
055 Doctor Octopus does not have a ClixFx base.
057 Ares has a Slash ClixFx base.
058 Morlun has a Slash ClixFX base.
061 Spider-Man Noir does have a Web ClixFx.

Other then that, the list is good.

For the Fast Forces, it is 006 Venom that has the Web ClixFX base not Spider-Man.

Though, there are a few more errors:
001 should be named "Spider-Man" or "Spider-Man (Peter Parker)"
004 Cape Killer is missing from the list (Thug is in spot 004)
029bt Charged Up Vehicle isn't indented like the other bystanders
031 Spider-Man did you want to add the parenthetical "(Miles Morales)"?
039 Mysterio's Clix FX should just be called "Mist", not "Mist Lock"
040 Speed Demon has a Speed Shadow ClixFX
051 Baron Zemo should not have any sort of ClixFX
062 Spider-Punk has a Web ClixFX
063 should be named Old Man Spider and has a Web ClixFX

And the following is a suggestion/question that you can feel free to take or leave, but I thought that I'd put it out there:
None of the bystander tokens in the set are actual tokens; they're all just printed on the main figure's character card. Do they need to be included in a checklist?
