Past few days have been rather busy.

So what was your favorite franchise(s) when you were a kid. I was big into Transformers, GI Joe, He-Man and Thundercats. I'm looking for some inspiration for a project.

Personally mine were Transformers, x-men, Robotech and power rangers. I watched he-man, thundercats and gi joe and had a couple toys of each but i never got into it like i did the others.

See, I was a kid like a decade before you. I was into Speed Racer, Ultraman, Astro Boy, animated Spider-Man, animated Fantastic Four, G Force, Mazinger Z, Shazam, Hanna Barbera cartoons, and a whole lotta other shows you may not have heard about.

I was into He-Man, Thundercats, M.A.S.K. and TMNT.
I don't remember having many toys from any of these franchises, though. A couple of He-Man figures and one or two small M.A.S.K. kits. My parents weren't down with that. They saw more worth in Legos and they were right.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Scooby Doo, Speed Racer and Johnny Quest. My Dad was pretty big into geeky stuff so we had some older cartoons laying around the house that I used to watch too.

MASK! I had a tape with like 2 episodes on it and I played it so much I ran a hole through the damn thing.

Transformers, Robotech, Voltron come to mind.

Also Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, plus the older stop-motion style Spidey cartoon. They reran that on the UHF station.

In defense of childhood you, the MASK toys are still pretty cool today.

He-Man, TMNT, Dino Riders, Insectors, and Inhumanoids.

EDIT: I also dug the Thundercats toys (namely because they were HUGE compared to most others), but I've always hated the show.

After watching Toy Hunter recently I was already scouring ebay for MotU figures.
