FWIW, the system as you've laid it out seems well thought out and primed for success. We won't know how it worked until afterward, but it's likely the way I would go. I like that there are lots of different options set up for us to play Heroclix at GenCon. Cheap constructed events, BRs, Grinders lead to Worlds, KotH...that's selection. Thanks for the explanations on how things are going to go, particularly post-Origins. I was getting a little nervous after the reports from that convention came out.

CarlosMucha: that is like be running in a Olimpic race competition just one step to get the gold and then a Giant children place a mirror in your side and you discover what you are really a hamster over a whell and the gold is just a slice of chess.

Not to rain on anyones parade here, but shouldn't this discussion be moved to another thread, ya know, since Origins was 2 weeks ago? I mean, if there are a few of you still keeping it alive at the convention center, then by all means continue!
