The wife and I watched the first 2 episodes of the second season of Stranger Things

I also watched Stranger Things Season 2- I am just a few minutes into episode 4 now.
Good stuff. As a guy who would’ve been in like 7th and 8th grades during the 2 seasons so far, I love the retro feel. Other than the mention on X-Men and Professor X though, it is sorely lacking comic book magic! Any group of nerds in the early ‘80s would’ve been into comics along with all the other cool stuff

I hope that whatever you guys watched included a happy ending.

Yeah but what comics were really popular in 1983-1984? I am pretty sure that is when Chris Claremont took over the Uncanny X-men, but other than that I can't think of anything that would stick out.

We're on a second viewing of Season 2 now. Finished watching the season Saturday morning, got some lunch, then decided to watch everything again right after that.
