But to be fair, it was the Boomer's that wrecked the younger Gen-X and Millenials with all kinds of things from bad fiscal policies to helicopter parenting to almost totaling the Political Machine. I will give them a pass on killing albums. And I never liked buying albums in the first place, I was paying for 12 songs when I only cared about 3. Rare was the album that had more than 5 good songs.
It's time to check your answers. Please get your pens ready and mark an X when incorrect.
Heart - Singer - I knew Heart in the 80's and I never got the whole big blond hair thing.
Frozen Crown - guitarist - That hair just put me in a trance, I swear you just put an actual axe in her hand and she is pretty much a Frazetta painting.
Kittie - Guitarist - Back in high school she was a big crush of mine.
Wagakki Band - Bassist - There is definitely something about her and her stage presence that just gets me. I also really like how the fretboard inlays light up. Then about half a year later after watching video after video I take the opportunity to look up the band, turns out the bassist is trans. Doesn't matter, still my favorite.

However, thanks to Weird Al, I very much agree with you. I'm trying to get my band to go with not making an album, but releasing 1 single a month. It's an uphill battle.
Here is a vocalist who I feel is like a Dio-incarnate.
Unleash the Archers - General of the Dark Army. The story in the video isn't bad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVi0d7oqDvs
Last but not least. Here is Fishbone covering Thembones by Alice in Chains. Yeah if you listen to anything in this post you should definitely listen to this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4gdl7lB1Ik

So, my 5 favorite albums of all time. That's tough. Tastes change. I think I'll go with these, as I think they're solid 100% through - not a weak song on the album. Also, you've probably heard them all.
Iron Maiden - Live After Death
I think a live album is kinda cheating, but the choice of songs, their execution, the production values, every moment on this album is pure gold. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFTDfPMpls0
The Cult - Sonic Temple
I love every song on this album. I listened to it so much that even my kids are fans of this band (and love to sing along to Sweet Soul Sister). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dH1q..._V_-eXj0ufQf8g
Guns N Roses - Appetite for Destruction
This is now a love/hate album for me. I have listened to every song on here so much in my life, that I'm at the point that I don't really want to hear them again. However, they are really, really good. This is seriously one of the best albums ever created because of how many great songs are on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CNP...HcvnsO2ek1nlJl
The Crystal Method - Tweekend
All 10 songs are fantastic. How can anyone come up with 10 great songs at roughly the same time? Unlike Appetite, I can still listen to this over and over and over and over and over. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Za4...dwuFY-&index=3
Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime
Solid concept album with great songs. Not all songs are spectacular, but they fit the overall theme well, and advance the story. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYlV...VtI0j4mrnovxFV
