Yeesh! Maybe I better not spend too much time on the Realms today. This makes feel like I'm a child stalker.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
Theavengerthor, is that a Superhero Squad version of Beta Ray Bill in your avatar? Where'd you find that? My son loves SHS and has just about every figure, but we've never seen that one.
Swinging by (briefly again -- it's been a very busy week) and I definitely like the spirit of this year's April Fool's stunt.
As I'd sent in orders for both at least one t-shirt (selecting style, color and size) and for the Slap! dice, I hope all of that stayed on track and my being absent much of the week doesn't mean I missed a call in the thread for where to send money. This thread packs on the pages at an alarming rate and I'm not going to get the time to take a shot at catching up until at least late today.

Well, it's David Lynch. Much style, little concern for substance, but don't say that to his hardcore fans or they'll accuse you of simply not being smart enough. (Really, it's much like opening a discussion about Grant Morrison, though the Morrison fans have a much stronger argument than the Lynch ones do.)
As for the rules changes (at least the first two days of them -- I haven't checked to see if they've posted more today, and I don't know how much of something today I'd be inclined to believe) I was generally pleased with them, especially as they did all seem to be in the spirit of greater consistency and trying to make the rules a little easier to grasp while not losing the nuances. There was some apprehension when I saw they were going to play with Wild Cards again - I was afraid they may have been listening to the wrong people - but I see what they did as a good call. It all bears a second reading, of course, but so far I'm in favor of what they're setting up.
I'm looking forward to the rest of the reveals, including the new PAC at the end. The change to Stealth is encouraging.
Okay... time for me to disappear back into my work day. If I missed something critical in the past few days don't be afraid to PM me.

It'll be interesting how long after today these ponies last. I bet they drop immediately!

Between the above post and Maddragon13's avatar, I take comfort in knowing I can be among my own kind.
...thus spake soxolas, who has been a Boston Red Sox fan, despite living in NY, since he was 10 --- back when Frank Malzone was playing third and there were no Mets...only the hated Yankees.
Fellas, I think we're gonna enjoy the ride this summer. That said...
Play Ball!
Tim Burton was right: "A square jaw does not a Batman make." Steve Buscemi as the next Batman! Luke Perry as Joker! Let's make it happen!
