He was a guard at Arkham when the inmates broke out of their cells. They captured him and had a little contest where each inmate told him a haunting story and he had to decide which was the scariest. At the end of all of the stories he said they all won, they all scared him. So each inmate, Joker, Riddler, Scarecrow, Killer Croc and some I didn't know enclosed around him and carved their names into different parts of his body. They each own that part of him. So now he rests in Arkham waiting for them to return to him and claim what they own.

Next question is for whoever takes it first.
