Alright, so I just did some playoff math, I can't give exact scenarios, but I can tell people their likely spot (That are either in running or are not.)
These people are eliminated:
Thunderbolts
Flash Family
Judgement League: Avengers
Rogues
These people have a chance at 8th but no higher:
Jean Grey School
Young Justice
These 2 are locked in:
Zombies: 1st Place
SHIELD: 2nd Place
Now to the 6 that actually have variable amounts
Arachnos: Can be as high as 3rd, or as low as 4th.
Avengers: Can be as high as 3rd, or as low as 6th.
Edit: With the Loss, LOSH changes to: Legion of Super Heroes: Can be as high as 4th, or as low as 5th
X-Factor: Can be as high as 5th, or as low as 7th.
Authority: Can be as high as 6th, or as low as 8th.
Teen Titans: Can be as high as 7th, or eliminated from the playoffs.

Games officially end tomorrow, so finish up and make sure you have your stats updated at the end of your thread so dbauers (or gwachi) can get the playoffs finalized. Maybe round 1 can start by Monday.
Also, if anyone has proposed rules changes for next Season, please begin to post those.

Another Update to the playoff math with Authority Win
These people are eliminated:
Thunderbolts
Flash Family
Judgement League: Avengers
Rogues
These people have a chance at 8th but no higher:
Jean Grey School
Young Justice
Teen Titans
These 3 are locked in:
Zombies: 1st Place
SHIELD: 2nd Place
X Factor: 7th Place
Now to the 4 that actually have variable amounts
Arachnos: Can be as high as 3rd, or as low as 4th.
Avengers: Can be as high as 3rd, or as low as 6th.
Legion of Super Heroes: Can be as high as 4th, or as low as 5th
Authority: Can be as high as 5th, or as low as 6th.
All we're waiting for is the Avengers game, really. Teen Titans does matter, but it looks like a win, so does Avengers but we just have to make sure.
At this point, we have one game solidified, and 1 game that we know 1 side of but not the other:
SHIELD will be facing X-Factor in the first round.
Zombies will be facing 8th Place in the first round.

I'd like to propose a some tweaks to the multiples/generics rule. I'd like to propose the following:
1) When cashing in a generic/multiple, you gain RPs equal to a single copy of the highest level version you are cashing in.
2) If a player opts to re-draft a cashed in *thematic* generic or multiple in the next season, then for the cost of what they got on the cash-out, they add to their roster everything they retired. This applies to generics and non-generic duplicator figures.
3) If a team drafts a non-thematic generic, they cash out as described above, but cannot take advantage of the re-draft option.
Example (and tacit admission that I have a stake in this rule change):
In Season 1, X-Factor drafts Multiple Man (thematic figure) at CS-44. Over the course of the season, he upgrades to his 75pt version, and spawns 2 extra copies. At the end of the season, I cash out Multiple Man. He is worth 75pts when I cash him out. If during the Season 2 draft I spend 75pts to re-draft MM, I add MM and his 2 dupes to my roster.
This would also apply to generics drafted by theme teams that can upgrade. If Latveria puts in the work to upgrade Doombots, I feel they shouldn't have to go back to square one in the next season.
This would change/clarify how we handle generics, and also specifically address the issue of duplicating non-generics (Multiple Man, Multiplex, Triplicate Girl, etc)
I'd like to propose allowing midseason draft picks to be traded across universes.
I'm not sure this will happen. If other people jump in to support this I'll reconsider, but cross-universe draft trades are complicated, and are way too close to violating the something for nothing principle.
