Headlines!: When Dead Girl hits one or more opposing characters, after actions resolve give her a Headline token. Living Dead Girl: At the beginning of your turn, if Dead Girl has at least one Headline token, heal her one click. If Dead Girl has at least 3 Headline tokens, when she would be KO'd, instead turn her dial to click #3 and remove all of the Headline tokens. Tombstone Talons, Coffin Nails: Dead Girl can use Blades/Claws/Fangs/. Until your next turn, characters hit by Dead Girl cannot use STOP.
This was my thought too... seemed blatantly obvious... it comes with her, her trait mentions a Headline token, and the card clearly has headlines, so I just assumed.
the problem is that would only be sufficient for 1 headline and her s aren't entirely Boolean, but instead have a trigger based on the accumulation of multiple headlines. that and the separation of the 2 s strongly indicate headline tokens as a shared ability for x-statix (not unlike the speedforce mechanic) so it's a rather flawed method for (presumably) each dial to be packed with 1 headline when running multiple x-statix together (generally the intent, there) would require multiple for each dial
I am not judging the other dial, I am judging THIS dial. To even change to the other dial she has to be healed to exactly her first click or be almost dead on exactly her last click. The other version might be really good, but trying to heal to it with this version is a huge pain in the butt due to the powers they put on her. Maybe Porter read the trait wrong and it does allow SE with ranged attacks, but until it is confirmed I don't think that she is good for 80pts.
Her card does not allow her to use it from range.
How much do you think her dial is worth without steal energy/wild dial?
To me it looks like a 65-70 point dial. So I think compared to recent wild dials (Looker prime is the worst of them) it isn't terrible, at least she has some way to get next to an opponent.
Scott pulled: Booster 3:
Tombstone is 100 points. Has the Maggia, Sinister Syndicate, The Hand, and Assassin keywords. Has the Sinister Syndicate TA.
Legbreaker: When Tombstone hits an adjacent opposing character give that character a Broken Bone token. Opposing characters modify their speed and attack values by -1 for each Broken Bone they have. When a character with a Broken Bone clears, remove a Broken Bone token from it.
056 Super rare Colossus (Cable and the X-Force costume). Has Movement: Hindering and the X-Men TA. 150/80 points
X-Force, X-Men, and Armor keywords
:trait: Russian Strength: Colossus can use Super Strength.
Former Juggernaut: Colossus can use Charge and Movement: Ignores and Destroys Blocking Terrain.
Has
008 Rogue Scientist generic has the Scientist keyword. 35 points
Will design doomsday weapons for food: Rogue Scientist can use Outwit. Adjacent characters of equal or higher points can be given a power action to use Outwit until your next turn.
Chipmunk Hunk
Asp has the Femizons and Serpent Society keywords. She's 50 points.
Bad Girls Inc.: Asp can use Plasticity. When she successfully breaks away during a non-free action, after actions resolve heal her 1 click and deal 1 damage to each character she broke away from.
Bio-Electric Venom: Asp can use Incapacitate. When she does, after actions resolve deal 1 damage to each hit target and each opposing character adjacent to it.
Booster 4:
029a FERAL!!! Is 60 points, has the X-Men TA, and the Morlocks, X-Force, and Animal keyword. Has Movement: Characters
Never corner a cat: Feral can use Combat Reflexes and Super Senses.
050 SR Hellcow has the Animal and Monster keywords. 50 points.
Vampiric Bovine: Hellcow begins the game on click 6. Hellcow can use Steal Energy and Stealth. When she uses Steal Energy, she may heal past her starting line
Mistform: STOP.
015 Attending. Weapon X keyword, 20 points.
I'd rather torture your friends: When Attending damages a single opposing character with an attack, give an action token to each opposing character that has no action tokens and is within 6 squares and line of fire of the damaged character. These lines of fire can't ignore characters or terrain.
Dark Deadpool has the Deadpool Corps, Weapon X, Assassin, Martial Artist, and Soldier keywords. 85 points.
Surprise! You're dead!: Dark Deadpool has Stealth. Give Dark Deadpool a free action to roll a D6 then place him in any square within half the result.
001a Deadpool
Chase reveal: Poolcaptain's comic panel gives Precision Strike.
Has the comic panels trait
I see nothing wrong with the concept of a ranged attacker who dissuades enemies from basing her via threatening Vampirism. Is it optimized? No, but not every figure needs to be.

if it's a shared trait, then that would presume that other members also have headlines. if there are any members that are common or uncommon (less likely, but not impossible), then having enough probably won't be a huge concern.
Contrary to popular belief, I do know what I'm doing

This. She falls under "workable" rather than "point and shoot" (or "point and punch" for close combat pieces).
Put Deadpool in someone's face. If he takes a hit, Shiklah can poof next to him, take a token off, and get ready to Steal Energy. If one would worry about basing an opponent reducing the effectiveness of her Running Shot/Psyblast, you could always give her the Legion of Monsters ATA, thus giving her Plasticity and better move-and-attack options, among other boosts.
My H/W link does not reflect the wants for my collection, it is a list of figures that I already have, but still "want" to play.
