Sorry for the delay in getting mine in. Been occupies with other stuff and haven't been on the realms much.

If characters have been upgraded from their starting point value, which point value is looked at for the limit on the core? For example, I traded for the 50 pt Spider-Man during last season's draft, but I want to make him a part of my core for this season. Do I use the 50 point value that he started at, or the 125 point value that I upgraded to over the course of the season?

There is no minimum or maximum point value of what you keep for the next season.

You can keep 4 characters if you made it to the play-offs. You keep them at what ever point cost you upgraded them to. All thematic characters that you keep become part of your core for next season.

I'm going to close the initial poll and put up some threads for the things that need changing.

Those changes are injuries and Maps/BFCs.

The only other change this season will be that xp cannot be earned during play-off games.

Also, my count is that there are 15 teams this season.

Ideas on how to even it up?

normally I would say just do a roll off to give 1 team a by-week the first week but since VP is important I am not sure.

Probably won't do a bye as that discourages participation.

We've drafted a faux team after all teams were drafted before. The problem with that is we can't always find someone to sub, so sometimes that sucks.

Finding another player would be good, but the people who had previously expressed interest didn't stick around, and I don't want to beg someone to join, only to have them disappear.

The other solution is I drop my team. That evens things up and gives me an opportunity to spend more time managing the league, and I can act as a sub if necessary. The downside to this is that I'm excited about a Justice League team.

Just hoping to hear from the community and see what everyone can come up with that will work for everybody.

Otherwise, you'll probably be fine waiting a little longer. Seems like someone will pop in an express interest either before the draft starts or at the end of it.

I say you draft Cap. But then only step in as a sub. That way if a team drops in the future you can slot in but still have a team? Probably not very feasible but just a thought. Only a last ditch option though...i say find someone first
