The iPhone emulator is pretty darn accurate, but yeah, not 100%. Do you have a mac? Also, iPhone doesn't support open development, so you'd need to create a company ($100) and have apple approve the app to get in on the app store.
Yeah, I just ran through all that mess. I don't have a mac so it looks like I won't be doing any iPhone development. And I'm definitely not paying $100 to get apps into the store. I already paid Google's $25 to get apps into the Android Market.
iPhone development is out for me. Someone else will need to grab that torch to get it done.
Drat, I was hoping there would be an app for iPod touch...
Since you would have to pay that $100, could you make an app available for jailbroken iPod Touches and iPhones? I would be willing to give it a shot if there were a way to convert an app you have into an acceptable format for iPhone. I don't really know anything about making apps, jailbroken or otherwise, but I can try my hand at it and let everyone know what I come up with.
By the way, it's easy to jailbreak an iPhone/iPod Touch. That part is simple.
Okay, Ignatz, I just published versions of all the applications I've made with manifests that say all screen sizes are supported, but my emulator keeps crashing so I can't test it. Try it again and let me know what happens.
Still don't see it on the Market, and the one from your webpage (assuming you updated) still won't load.

I can't develop for iAnything because I don't have a Mac. They don't offer development on PCs.

The diceroller is there, though, and works.
Okay, I think I figured out why they weren't showing up. Check it again. I'm not sure if I updated on my site or not last time (I don't think I did), but they've been updated now, too.
Yeah it works.for the hero now. Thanks for all your effort

As for the $100 fee, I'm sure that many of the iPhone users here would be happy to donate $5 or $10 for this capability. I know I sure would, and some of my players from my store who don't have iPhones would donate just so I could have the tool available to them.
Yep, it works now. The Crosshairs program's graphics are little messed up-- it shows three overlapping maps of different scales.
it did that on mine also but once i turned my phone so it was not portait but landscape it was fine. i don't know if your phone can do that but if so give it a try.
I'll see what I can do about fixing the display with Crosshairs, but it doesn't show up that way with my phone so I don't have a way to test it.
I've also started working on the Team Builder/Collection Database. For now, the graphical user interface is very similar to the Units Section of HCRealms. If you all could, I'd like you to go over to the blog about the Team Builder/Collection Database and post your suggestions for it as comments on the blog. Particularly, if there's something you do or don't like about the way the Units Section looks or works and would like to see something different.
Be sure to join the Crafty Clix group, too. It's for people who want tools to make their HeroClix gaming experience easier.
This's a little bit off topic so feel free to shout me down.
I've been using Palm since before Clix started. I've always downloaded the rules, list, etc. When spreadsheet capability came to the Palm I designed one to calculate the points for the tourneys that I judged.
It kinda fries me that Palm basically came up with this whole darn idea and now there are way more apps for i-stuff than there ever were for Palm, but I owned an Intellivision way back when, and life's kinda panned out that way ever since.
Anyway, does anyone know if there are any Heroclix related downloads for the Palm out there?
