You know, now that I think about it, the Portal Turret is most likely not a character, but an object.

What kind of object-based insanity is going to be unleashed if there is a Portal Gun toting figure released?

Makes me kind of wonder if it isn't going to be a HeroClix game at all, but some sort of stand alone game?

I really hope that large Jack Knight Starman statue (on the right, next to FP WW) is the prototype for a clix version. He is certainly one of my top wants for remakes.

The "black Kryptonite" is one of several Kryptonite objects that are being used as manna in the upcoming Mage Knight board game, but its the only color that isn't a duplicate of ones in the Superman heroclix set. I asked the WK folks if there was going to be any black K for heroclix but alas, no. But with the objects to be available, and as creative as heroclix folks are, the guy I talked to at the booth fully expected to see them filter into clix.

So is the green scar hulk in the back from something else....bummer thought we'd get a new one of him upper right behind hulk box.

Wow. Cool stuff.I saw a lot of cool stuff in that picture, and the posts on said pic were excellent.
For what it's worth, my observations:

1. First off, 2 Black Bolts. Finally. I just hope one of the most powerful characters in all of comics has an appropriately made dial.

2. 3 punishers. cool. While I'm not the biggest fan, other fans should be happy.

3. Why were 2 Thundra figs there? Both dials were commons, from what I can tell.

4. Portal Turret. Oh wow. Totally intrigued.

5. What's with the giant Superman digital print? I know this probably sounds dumb, but I think that would make for a very cool prize or display item if it could be mass produced cheaply enough.

6. The Gardener & kin. Very nice!

7. I know Thanos will come with that very cool display base. The other one was empty. Would it possibly be a display for that Infinity Gauntlet/ soul gem piece on a 2x2 event type dial? If not, what else might?

8. The In-Betweener looks AWESOME!

9. The TRU reprints frustrate me only because of the previous way they were issued. Any word on if/when the Sentinels while be available at my comic shop? Oh, and the Frost Giant with a mace looks pretty cool, too.

10. WoS Spiderman base. With kryptonite. Cool looking DC box. Possible larger figurines based on heroclix?

Anyway, I love when this sort of thing pops up on the realms.
