(I don't think it should be a character, I actually thing it should be like an "extra attack" or power that can be give to any shield character or something, not one of the 3 characters on battle).

I would be honoured to have Phil Coulson at my side in battle! The coffers of Asgard would be depleted if that is what it cost to allow him to join us as one of the Einherjar! Not just as an "extra power" but a true stalwart ally! My agent wields his weapon in tribute to him and e'en should its' power falter it will not leave its' honoured spot amongst the equipped gear.
