On a related note, I saw a week or so ago that someone already had Halloween decorations up in their yard. And not just a pumpkin or something, but a full-on display with tombstones, skeletons, the works.

On the one hand, I admire their enthusiasm. On the other hand, I feel like mid-September is a little early. But perhaps this is a natural response to Christmas creeping up earlier and earlier every year?

I'm so conflicted.
