Why not advertise all figures with stats that are 3 higher than what they've got?

I bought a pack today. In the words of Bart Simspon it both sucked & blew at the same time. I got:

R The Gimp generic
LE Roscoe P. Coltrane with the Infinity Gauntlet
E "Debbie Gibson" Elektra
U Welcome Back Kotter (with Sweathogs TA)

The Roscoe is a Thug with 11 clicks of the same lowly stats and no powers. The blurb from the preview said he couldn't figure out how to use the Gauntlet. What a waste of an LE now that they are coming in packs.
