No, no, you have it all wrong. It's Avengers reservist with Legendary Battles, not Avengers TA. Avenger's TA is terrible.

how about avengers RTA works really well and I took out the mansion for the Pym Labratories so now it works really well as recovery too.

Yes, Toxin is great tech for the mirror match. Whenever I'm drafting Morlocks in X-Men I usually draft him. Mostly because he's got evasion, but also because there's no way I want anyone else to be playing him.
