Its real easy call UDE and they will tell you how to download your tournament from Mantis to get it sanctioned (the judge test like 20 minutes tops its open book)

I've taken the test. I just got the message at the end informing me I should hear back within a week. I'm a bit of a pessimist, so I'm expecting it to take the full week to hear back.

As far as calling UDE goes, can someone give me the appropriate number to call? When we first setup the Hobby League, there where 3 separate instances of multi-hour on hold phone calls where we go the "You're call is very important to us please hold". I'm hoping there is a faster turn around time number to call.
