I think the asessment was dead-on. It takes about 4 different story arcs from the comics, throw them in a blender, and attempts to tie the whole thing together with an overarching plot about Dracula cockblocking the devil. Throw in the random karate moves and terrible voice-acting, and it's both awesome and terrible at the same time.

Once we find out who we're gifting to, how long will we have to gather/mail their gifts?

I feel like we all would need to shoot for having stuff sent out on or before the weekend of the 18th-20th to have a chance of it arriving by Christmas but before that would be preferred. I feel like, given the time constrains, we should probably look for an opening date of the 26th or 27th.

I'd like to have more time to set all this up but some people refuse to have the discussion before November while others still insist on waiting until 11:59 pm of whatever day I set as the deadline to let me know they want to take part. These quirks only seem to limit the amount of time people have to make purchases but I don't want to be a tyrant about it (we have enough of them) so I just do my best with what we have (if only I were the Almighty Smudge!).

I'll try to have emails sent out tonight (tomorrow by noon is the deadline I've sent for myself). The emails will include the person you got, their address and a list of interests or wants. I'll include the deadline and opening dates in that email as well so you'll only have one place to look (I like making things easy!). Thanks again to everyone who participated!
