1) The return of dual affiliation.
2) WaKO was right on the mark with IG and SS being much bigger umbrella teams this time. In a move to reduce the amount of teams necessary in VS, we merged basically any team with the name "Injustice" in its name to the IG team, and we merged the Villains United "The Society" roster with the Secret Society affiliation.
3) Some cards that look like they should be somewhere else... *insert spooky music*

Yay! The return of DA! I would say that is much needed given the teams involved.

I'm trying not to let my hopes get too high for this set. JLA is my absolute favorite team in comics!

So, it seems the guesses were right that it's a DC/Marvel thing ... DC seems to support "new" art, while Marvel might encourage reuse of existing art.

Oh, this just makes my day :)

The return of Dual Affiliation: Brilliant!

Larger 'umbrellas' for teams: Probably very good for the life of the game. I saw some hint of this in MVL ... the number of folks who were considered X-Men but could be from other teams were all categorized as X-Men. Same with Marvel Knights.

And the mystery cards ... Wildstorm? Amalgam?

Also good to know that we're getting new artwork throughout the set.

Good point. I don't have a clue what they would use for SS or IG. Did either of those teams have a symbol in the comics?

I just can't wait to see the symbols for GK and TS...hehe

Didn't they announce that one of the worlds in the 52 was where the Authority's from?
