I found out last night we cant do a BBQ we don't have a license to cook and serve food. We will get a huge fine, and all kinds of other crap. So I am trying to figure out what I can do on short notice. I really don't want to do pizza, unless everyone is happy with that. I wonder if there are any catering places that will come and BBQ for me. hmmm.... Damn my accursed real job making me work on Fridays.

Estimated attendance? I am going to be happy if we hit 20. But some people are predicting the 40ish area. Either way we are going to be having fun. We will have people from UDE there enjoying the festivities.

For future tournaments I need to convince Bob and Nancy to get a liquor license and a food license. The only problem with that is, some people might be able to go home. :)

Why don't you do Philly's Best again? I hear that went over really well.

But in the end... I think no matter what you do foodwise will be okay... gamers aren't really a picky bunch when it comes to eating... just lots of meat, cheese and deep-fried stuff.

Looking at the weather, I don't think tomorrow is BBQ weather. I would love to do Philly's best again but you have to place your order 3 days in advance.
